Before using the software for the first time it is necessary to add the name of a clinic/organisation. Records may be assigned to more than one clinic.


To add a new clinic, select Add Clinic from the Settings tab.  This will display the dialogue box shown below.



Enter the name and details of the clinic and then click on Save.


NOTE:  Keep the name of the clinic reasonably short as this will form the first level in the database list.


The new clinic will now appear in the database list.
