All of our programs are thoroughly beta-tested before they are released and reports of problems are very rare. However, if you do encounter a problem, we provide free on-going helpline and email support to registered users and will be pleased to help.
We provide regular updates to the programs to include new features and address any problems that may be reported. These updates can be downloaded from the Update page for the corresponding program.
