Many ophthalmic and systemic drugs have adverse effects on the eyes. Drugs Database PRO is a unique database of the Ocular Adverse Reactions of virtually all drugs currently available, contained within a simple and intuitive user interface. Here is what the reviewers and users say:
“A must have for all eye care professionals”
“The BNF and MIMS have very little information about the ocular adverse reactions of drugs. Drugs Database PRO plugs the gap.”
“So many of my patients take some form of medication. I can now find out exactly what the medication is for and what the likely effects on the eye may be.
Drugs Database PRO was originally compiled by Professor John Lawrenson and Professor David Thomson (with a lot of help from many others). The database took over 5 years to compile, drawing on information from original data sheets and thousands of published papers. The information is constantly updated so that users can download the very latest information.
The programs is supplied with a 2 year license which includes all updates during this period. The program is currently used by over 2000 eye care professionals worldwide.
